Brendon has been part of the Sanderson Group since 2015 where he started as the Marketing Manager. Today he assumes the role of General Manager of Operations for Tamahere Country Club and Matamata Country Club.

After completing a Bachelor of Hotel Management Brendon spent time in Auckland and England where he gained valuable experience working alongside world leading five-star hotels. His passion for high quality service delivery is evident throughout the villages he manages today.

Brendon has developed a reputation for being a well-rounded, considered member of the team who demonstrates the ability to strategically analyse past performance to assist with future goals. His proven track record in successfully setting up retirement villages from scratch remains valuable as Sanderson Group continue to develop world leading retirement villages.
