Commercial
From workplaces and dining to healthcare, childcare and everyday services, our commercial developments ensure the communities we invest in can live well.
Te Puna is getting a brand new town centre
We’re creating a town centre that feels like a neighbourhood. It is a place for everyday life, rather than another shopping centre. The main street and market square will anchor the neighbourhood, bringing together weekend markets, seasonal events and everyday community life.
