Matamata Country Club

Matamata Country Club is the newest luxury retirement village from the Sanderson Group based in the Waikato. In addition to providing 132 high-quality homes, the development also has plans for a rest home, hospital, and dementia care facility.

Resident facilities proposed will include a 1500 sqm clubhouse that will house a movie theatre, library, cafe, piano lounge, billiards room, and bowling green, with a health spa featuring a pool, gym, sauna, and spa facilities.

Resource consent has been granted, and construction of villas is now well underway.
