As founder of the Sanderson Group, Fraser is recognised as a pioneer and leader of the concept of luxury retirement villages in New Zealand, having developed and operated eight retirement villages and facilities. With over 35 years of experience and extensive expertise, he remains a constant presence within the company, from acquisitions right through to operation. Fraser has a relentless drive to continuously improve and create the best developments, in addition to spearheading strategic direction.

Fraser's leadership is defined by measured risk-taking, ensuring that Sanderson Group consistently delivers projects rather than merely discussing them. This commitment to execution and excellence has earned him recognition, including the inaugural Legendary Contribution to the Aged Residential Care Sector Award from the New Zealand Aged Care Association.
